Just started to use this app & so far it has been right on the first try. Its a cool app because now I do not have to sit & wonder what type of bird that is - instead I can confirm it.

I really like this app and so far its worked really well for me. The only thing that I really wish it had was a list of birds Ive seen. It asks you to click on the button "Thats my bird" and it should then put that bird into an ongoing list of bird sightings.

Ive learned and spotted so many different species around my back yard with this app! My bird knowledge has expanded so far beyond just robin, crow & magpie.

I use this app all the time to identify birds I see. I wish there were more ways to search (other than browse and the question-based ID capability). Id like to browse by my region - including identification by song. Keep up the great work.

Easy to use, with 3 simple steps to determine what bird youre searching.

This app is fantastic. Its helped me identify plenty of bird species around the forest near my house. My only suggestion is that I wish there was a way to save "identified bird species" on the app for future reference and to have a collection of the birds Ive identified and where I was when I identified them. Thanks for this super duper app!

I really like this application! It works perfectly. It is designed minimally. And it is fun to use! I wish it had a log book though, to keep track of what I identifies and when. This is mandatory for a birding app! On a more extreme note, I wish it had some type of community surrounding it. Where birders can talk about what they have seen! Anyways, great app! Keep improving it. Wouldnt mind paying a dollar or two for some extra features

I like this app for basic purposes of finding a quick ID of a bird. Also it does include good pics and songs and calls. However, I find the birds that come up as options are limited with their descriptions - sometimes causing it to miss the bird you saw. It asks you to share a sighting. I try but if the bird you saw doesnt show up on their ID description you cant share your sighting. I did find it on their overall list even though it wasnt IDd but the list wont send or allow you to choose a bird as a sighting. If you want a very basic bird ID it is useful.

Great app for the casually interested in birds. A feature to ID by specifically by calls would a great addition, but I confess Id have no idea how that would work. One of the best apps Ive tried, regardless.

Ive found this to be the best app for simply learning the name of a bird Ive seen. Well laid out and straightforward, it has good, clear photographs of adult sexes and juveniles (rather than the antiquated species illustrations that I never found very helpful). It considers your location, fine of year, and bird size, colour, and behaviour when making suggestions - but you can also look at its entire library if you think its not offering what you spotted. Owing to the number of good resolution photographs and bird call recordings, it is a larger app in terms of storage. But this is a small price to pay for such usefulness.

Love the I.d. section and the bird sounds but occasionally the bird Im seeing isnt listed as a possibility. Other than emailing your tech support people to report the bird this app doesnt provide a way to report this sighting.

Love it!! As just an amateur birdwatcher in our backyard, this app is perfect and very easy to use.

I first tested it with birds I knew and it was bang on every time. Who knew five questions could identify birds so accurately. It continually amazes me. Highly recommended.

Almost always spot on, and in the rare occasion that it doesnt bring up the bird Im looking for, a quick search in the apps directory of birds always produces the right one. Love it!
